“I started as a builder in 1995, and for over 30 years, I have been building award-winning homes and none of it feels like work. At age 25, with zero home building experience, I learned every aspect of building through working alongside my trades and asking a lot of questions. I never stopped learning, and that’s the joy that gets me up every day.
